Tuition
-
Regular monthly tuition begins in September, continuing through May, and is due the first lesson of each month. (August will be one half of regular monthly tuition.)
-
Tuition is charged on a monthly basis, not by class lessons. There will be long months and short months due to holidays or snow days. Therefore, tuition will be the same September through May.
-
Tuition payments not made by the last day of the current month will be assessed a 10% late fee. This fee will be reflected on the following months statement.
Payments
-
Cash, checks, money orders, and Visa/MasterCard for payments to your account.
-
Partial payments may be made when necessary to accommodate extra fees due for costumes, entry fees, etc.
-
A $30 fee will be assessed for all returned checks. These items must be redeemed with cash or money order.
Costume Deposits
-
A costume deposit of $60 is due in October for the regular class costume. It is not refundable after December 1st. Costumes WILL NOT be ordered unless the costume deposit has been paid.
-
An additional $30 costume deposit will be due no later than November 15th for each add-on class. (i.e. pointe, hip hop, acro)
Recital
-
Our Spring recital is tentatively set for the first week of June at the Jenks High School Performing Arts Center.
-
A recital fee of $40 for the first child and $30 for the second child is due in April. This helps pay for the theatre rental, props, stage crew and other recital expenses. No admission is charged for our recital performances and you are encouraged to invite your family and friends.
Enrollment Fee
Perfect Attendance
-
Attendance records are kept of each class. Perfect Attendance will be recognized on stage at our Spring Recital to those students who attend all classes. Missed classes can be made-up but will no longer affect perfect attendance awards. No credit is given on tuition due to absences.
-
The awards for perfect attendance will be given on-stage the first night of recital at the beginning of the evening.
Visitor's Days
-
Our first visitor's day will be November. Family members are invited to observe their dancers' entire classes.
-
Our spring visitor's day will be in April. Parents are invited to observe the last 30 minutes of each class. Not only will you be able to observe class but we will also give out important picture and recital information for each class.
Driveway and Studio Parking
-
Please do not wait or park in the studio circle drive. The driveway is for quick drop-off and pick-up only. Please park in the designated parking places or on the grass but NOT in the lane of traffic. Your cooperation will help make the traffic flow smoother and will make the driveway and parking lot safer for all our dancers.
-
Parking on the street is not allowed as it creates a fire hazard for nearby homes.
Safety
-
Young dancers must remain inside the studio until a parent comes inside to get them.
-
All older dancers must remain on the east side of the studio until they are picked up.
-
Please be prompt in picking up your dancer after class.
